Sanatorium “KARPATY”
It is situated in the forest-park zone of the climatic and balneology resort “Karpaty” in the picturesque area of Beregvar, the valley of the Latorytsa River, at the pre-mountain part of the South hillside of Uzhgorod-Khust mountain range at 210 m above sea level. The main place of interest is the ancient palace built at the end of the XIXth century, owned by an Austrian statesman earl Fridrich Shenborn. The palace is surrounded by a nice park with a decorative lake in the middle.

The main medical factor: the unique mild climate, extremely clean air, saturated by forest odours and light aeronium and fitocides combined with the usage of mineral waters “Karpatska” and “Polyana Kupel”.

Sanatorium “PERLYNA KARPAT”
It began its functioning in 1989. It is situated in one of the most picturesque areas of Transcarpathia, 12 km from “Mukachevo” railway station on the southern forest slope of the mountain at 350 m above sea level.
The main medical factor: medicinal mineral water “Polyana Kupel”.
Treatment: diseases of cardiovascular system, urogenital system, gastro – intestinal tract, diabetes of light and medium degrees.
Medical and sanitation services: the sanatorium is equipped with up–to–date medical facilities. The medical base contains a wide range of sanitation procedures. It is situated in an ecologically clean area of Transcarpathia at 500 m above sea level in the Syniatska valley.
The main medicinal factor: syniatska hydrogen sulphide water whose name describes the water’s main characteristic ­– the bluish tint.
Treatment: it is impossible to name any human organ which cannot be positively influenced by the syniatska water.
